    The Blind Staplerâ„¢ uses Narrow Crown 1/4" 18 gauge x 1"in long staples.
  • What is the weight of the Blind Staplerâ„¢?
    The weight of the Blind Staplerâ„¢ is 7.2 lbs.
  • Will this scratch the face of the prefinished face frame?
    No, the tool is designed so it does not scratch the prefinished face frame or to leave any marks.
  • Will this work on unfinshed/ prefinished cabinet parts?
    Yes, you may use both unfinished and prefinished cabinet parts.
  • What is the function the UHMW disks?
    Different disks allow for different desired over hangs of face frames to the cabinet box. Sizes vary from flush to 3/4 " in.
  • How do you use the UHMW disks?
    Place disks over the existing air piston for desired overhang during face frame and cabinet box assembly. When complete, just remove the disk from the air piston and continue using another disk or no disk.
  • How do you choose the size of the UHMW disk to use?
    The disk size to select is to be determined by the measurement of the desired overhang needed for the project.
  • What air pressure is necessary for the operation of the tool?
    The air pressure required is 80 - 120 psi.
