SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free for standard shipping option. Item will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. You will receive a tracking number to the email address you used when you purchased the item. Item will be shipped within 3 business days. Rush shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact BlindStapler at stuart@blindstapler.com.
REFUND POLICY
From the date of purchase, a 15 day (new trial) full refund will be sent to the purchaser. From the date of purchase date 16 to 30 days, a refund will be sent less a payment processing fee of 10%. In all instances, the purchaser pays return shipping and insurance.
The refund will be sent within 30 business days from the date of receipt. No damaged tools will be accepted for any reason, unless damaged in shipping, in which case the purchaser/shipper will bear the burden of claim for a refund, as outlined under the guidelines of insurance by varied shippers.

IMPORTANT, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for any return. Please email Stuart@blindstapler.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Please include your name, address, invoice number, and date of purchase.
